How usage and refills work

Voice minutes: Your 100 monthly voice minutes cover both inbound and outbound calls combined.

Outbound SMS: Your 50 outbound messages cover text messages you send from your protected number.

Inbound SMS: Your 50 inbound messages cover text messages received at your protected number.

Voicemail: Your 20 voicemail minutes cover voicemail recordings left at your protected number.

Monthly reset: Allowances reset at the beginning of each billing month.

No rollover: Unused allowances do not carry over to the next billing month.

Refills: If any included voice, SMS, or voicemail allowance is exhausted, choose a $2 refill or pause all activity until the next billing month. Each refill adds 100 voice minutes, 20 voicemail minutes, 50 outbound texts, and 50 inbound texts. Email is unlimited.

Both CovertCaller term options are billed monthly and require the selected six- or twelve-month commitment. Each automatically renews for the same term unless renewal is canceled. Monthly allowances and refills expire at the end of the billing month and do not roll over. Pausing activity does not cancel the subscription or its monthly payments.

Your CovertCaller protected phone number must be replaced at least every 12 months. Email-alias changes are optional. Number changes are subject to availability, account standing, and compliance review.
