CovertCaller provides alternate contact information — a protected phone number and email alias — that routes communications to you without exposing your personal details. Available features may include calling, SMS, voicemail, and email forwarding depending on carrier approval, phone-number availability, and service status.

Businesses and vendors communicate through the protected phone number and email alias assigned by CovertCaller. Your personal phone number and email address are not intentionally displayed to them. Limited information may still be processed by trusted service providers that operate the platform.

CovertCaller is currently in private testing while platform testing is completed. Public registration is not yet open. Planned pricing is $9.99/month equivalent for a six-month term ($59.94 due upfront), or $8.99/month equivalent for a twelve-month term ($107.88 due upfront). Each term is prepaid in full.

CovertCaller is intended for lawful personal, one-to-one conversations. Individuals may use their protected contact information when communicating with people outside their trusted circle or when personally requesting information or services. CovertCaller may not be used for business operations, cold outreach, bulk messaging, automated messaging, marketing campaigns, harassment, fraud, or unlawful communications.

No. CovertCaller provides alternate contact information and communication routing — it does not make you anonymous, untraceable, immune from spam, or completely protected from data collection. It gives you privacy controls and a layer of separation between your personal number and the contacts you interact with.

No. Messages sent from a subscriber’s protected number must be individually written and manually initiated by that subscriber. CovertCaller routes those communications but does not compose messages, select recipients, schedule messages, or initiate conversations on the subscriber’s behalf.

No. CovertCaller is intended for individual consumers communicating in their personal capacity. It may not be used as a business phone system or for marketing, sales outreach, lead generation, customer campaigns, automated notifications, or communications sent on behalf of an organization.

No. Phone-number inventory, calling, SMS, voicemail, email delivery, and carrier connectivity are subject to availability, account limits, applicable policies, and telecommunications-provider requirements.

No. CovertCaller must not be used for emergency communications or relied upon for access to 911.

Your protected phone number must be replaced at least every 12 months. Changing your email alias is optional. Number changes are subject to account standing, availability, and compliance review.

A new protected number helps you start fresh as unwanted contacts accumulate. Phone-number replacement is required at least annually. Share your new protected number with contacts you want to keep.
